Shri R.R. Ghosh began his professional journey as a Clerk in the Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Kullu. Through hard work, honesty, and dedication, he steadily progressed in his career and earned recognition as a sincere and capable administrator. During his distinguished government service, he served in several important regions including Nangal Jariyalan, Tehsil Amb (District Una), Swarghat (District Bilaspur), Forest Settlement Kullu, and eventually retired from the post of Naib Tehsildar, Sainj, District Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

He was widely admired as an intellectual and soft-spoken personality who carried himself with humility and wisdom. His gentle behavior, integrity, and thoughtful approach towards life made him a respected figure among colleagues and society. Outside his professional responsibilities, he had a deep interest in playing hockey and was an enthusiastic reader who enjoyed books and novels. He believed that knowledge and learning were continuous journeys that shape individuals and society alike.

His greatest dream was to create a socially aware and educated society. He strongly believed that education was the most powerful instrument for transforming communities and empowering future generations. Driven by this vision, in March 2002, he established Shri Radhe Govind Public School with the aim of providing quality education and building strong moral values among children. Under his visionary guidance and leadership, the institution achieved remarkable growth and became a source of inspiration for educational advancement in the region. His efforts inspired educational awareness and motivated the opening of several educational institutions in the town by 2006.

With the same spirit of social service and educational empowerment, he also established HIMALYAN Educational & Training Society (HEATS-K), which was officially registered on 23 July 2002. Through HEATS-K, he envisioned creating a platform dedicated to education, skill development, community welfare, and sustainable social progress.

In 2023, after bravely fighting cancer, Shri R.R. Ghosh left this world. Though his physical presence is no longer with us, his thoughts, values, and contributions continue to inspire society. His vision continues to guide educational and social initiatives, while his legacy lives on in the countless lives he transformed.

Shri R.R. Ghosh was not merely a founder; he was a dreamer who transformed his vision into reality, leaving behind a powerful message that education and humanity together can shape a better future.
